Open transport ships your vehicle on a multi-car trailer and is the most affordable option. Enclosed transport uses a covered trailer for maximum protection, is recommended for luxury, classic and exotic vehicles, and typically costs more.

After pickup, trips under about 500 miles usually take 1–3 days, 500–1,500 miles take 3–5 days, and cross-country shipments take 7–10 days. Pickup typically happens within 1–5 business days of your first available date.

Yes. Every carrier we assign must carry active cargo and liability insurance, which we verify before dispatch. You can request a copy of the carrier’s insurance certificate.

You can leave up to 100 lbs in the trunk or cargo area, below the window line. Carrier insurance doesn’t cover personal belongings, so keep valuables and documents with you.

Yes, in most cases. A non-running vehicle must roll, steer and brake, and needs special equipment such as a winch, which may add a fee. Tell us when you request your quote.

Typically a deposit secures your booking and the balance is paid at delivery. All pricing is explained upfront — you never pay the full amount before pickup.

You can usually cancel for a full refund before a carrier is assigned. After a carrier is dispatched, a fee may apply. We always explain the terms before you book.
